Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LILYLILY! Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase. By shopping with us, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.



1. For sales enquiries and general enquiries, kindly email us at service@lilylily.com.my with your order number. Do allow us up to 48 hours to respond to enquiry emails.

2. Do kindly refrain from sending multiple emails as it will be mean your mails are pushed up further and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will attend to your emails as soon as we can.

3. The item as displayed may slightly different in terms of colour due to monitor’s resolution. All actual measurements may differ by about 0.5 inches due to mass production.

4. All prices stated on our website are in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (RM / MYR). All payments have to be made in RINGGIT MALAYSIA. Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.

5. International shipping is not available at the moment.


1.  Please ensure you have selected the correct item in the correct colours/sizes before checking out as LilyLily will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed . LilyLily will not be held liable in the event the wrong colours/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed and no exchanges or refunds will be allowed if wrong colours /sizes are selected.

2. LilyLily is unable to combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.

3. For discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refund will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at point of purchase.

4.  Please note that by adding items into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the items. Items is only secured upon submission of payment.

5. All the payments will be verified within 24 hours.

6. Upon payment verification, orders will be shipped out on the next working days (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays). For Malaysia orders, please allow 1-3 working days to arrive.  

7. Customers who have at least one successful purchase from us will automatically be added to our mailing list.



1. All local delivery mails are handled by POS MALAYSIA unless otherwise stated.

2. International shipping is not available at the moment.

3. Flat rate of RM7.00 will be charged for WEST M'SIA buyers with purchases of not above RM170 (except special promotion period).

4. Flat rate of RM10.00 will be charged for EAST M'SIA buyers with purchases of not above RM220 (except special promotion period).

5. FREE POSTAGE offer for purchases above RM170 (west m'sia), RM220 (east m'sia)

6. Do note that LILYLILY will not be liable for any lost parcels or any damaged items. Tracking number will be given once parcel is sent.

7. For all unclaimed parcels by the customers that are sent back to us, the customer needs to top up postage before we resend it out again.

8. Meet up / COD service is not available .



1. All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Ipay 88.

2. Strictly no ATM TRANSFER AND CASH DEPOSIT is allowed.


1. Please note that exchanges for sizing are done on a case to case basis. An exchange will be carried out IF the item comes in sizes, and only if the smaller or larger size you would like to change to is available in stock. Free size items are not applicable for exchange as measurements have been provided. Postage charges to and from will be borne by the customer for such cases.

2. In case of sold out overlapped  / defected item happens, same value amount of cash will be refunded to customer via online transfer (customer has to enclose banking info), "credit balance" (of same value) is available upon request. All credit balance code is valid for 180 days, for any purchase in LILYLILY.

3. All returns must be sent using POSLAJU or other express courier that provides tracking service. Please retain your tracking number until the process is completed, and LILYLILY is not responsible for any lost in the return delivery process. 

4. Measurements stated may vary 0.5 inch -1 inch as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

5.  In case of item defects, Incorrect item sent, please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area / item and send it to us to our email before we request for the item to be mailed back within 10 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) from the day the item is mailed out. Email after 10days regarding to exchanges or returns will not be entertained.

6. Defected items have to be mailed back to us within 3 working days from the feedback and kindly provide us the tracking number.

7. Customer should bear full responsibility in ensuring that items with defects must be in unwashed or unworn condition for the exchange to take place. Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. In the event that the item is not available for exchange, a full refund will be given.

8. LILYLILY will not be responsible for any lost mails in connection to such returns / exchanges. Only RM7.00 for WM and RM10.00 for EM will be reimbursed to you once we've received the parcel (only applied on cases: wrong item / defected item, not applicable to sizing exchange case).

9. Please note that there will be an additional processing fee of MYR 5.00 per item if customer request for exchange (for any other reason besides defective item / wrong item )



1. Our apparels are measured laid flat.

2. Measurements stated may vary 0.5 inches -1 inches as items are mass produced.
